However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. When we checked in, the receptionist confirmed that the breakfast was included based on their system. But it wasn’t and we had to pay because they made a mistake.
