"Boutique type accomodations. Excellent location to many dining and shopping options on Saint Denis and carre St Louis. Access to rooms is a bit quirky but easy to figure out. We had to wander around a bit to find our room. Only stayed one night but found the few interactions we had with the staff to be accomodating and friendly. "

She couldn’t find our reservation and had to take a picture of it in my phone, took almost 30 minutes to check into our tiny room that didn’t lock. The bathroom was very dark no light by the shower so have to shower in complete darkness. Shower looked moldy, carpet in room was dirty.
