"We really enjoyed the grand palladium palace. It's a beautiful facility. The people were great. Food was great. Especially the a la carte restaurants. A big benefit of booking through Expedia was our concierges Cesar and Rafael, who were able to assist with the restaurant reservations, and entertainment options, as well as just checking in on us. The rooms were nice, and cool enough. Drinks were good. The lobby bars and hemmingway were the best. Drinks at the pool bars were just OK. ...
