"This place is unique- 2 blocks from the beach is great. The garden is 4/5 stars, beautiful lush greens, nice seating areas, very cool and well maintained. The roof top pool and bar is nice- 3.5/5 stars, good drinks, nice pool, can see the ocean, tables for the "bar tops" crappy, but really enjoyed the service here. The rooms- crap 2/5 stars and being generous. Clean but old, basic, needs up keep, the furiture on the private balcony terrace needs tossed- completely falling apart, the kitchen is...

"The staff was very nice. Room was clean. Close to everything. Lots of taxi nearby. Very lively area so be prepared to hear music, trucks and partying all hours of the night. Very close to beach and ferry. "

"This is not a 2.5 stars hotel, and it is not even a hostel. This is a room in an old resident building. The neighbours do not even know that room is a 'hotel room'. There is no any reception, you have to call (or email) the owner so that he would show up and give you the key. The free parking is just parking on street! Stay away this one if you are looking for a hostel/hotel! "

"It’s a quaint property and handy to many amenities. The bed is very hard, if you like a firm mattress. If I was to offer a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend having coffee available at the location. Although there’s a communal coffee maker, it’s just for hot water and it’s just not convenient. But I really loved the location, and I loved the resident cat 😁"

"Although the hostel is close the the beach, I find the neighborhood a bit shady, uncomfortable to walk late at night. There's AC that's it's turned on at 11pm and the room gets a bit cold, I was ok with it, but others might not be. There's a lot of noise at night from other guests which makes it hard to sleep early. I also woke up with bedbug bites. The restrooms had a bad smell but they do get clean in the morning. The pool is really small, more like a decoration than an actual pool. The...
