This place was amazing!! The staff were exceptional. The resort was so clean and the food was great. The staff were so kind and friendly. We had an excellent stay and would completely recommend to friends and family. We will be staying again. Bring everything you need though... the pharmacy on site in very expensive for items you may need to buy. Such as sunscreen! We paid 32 American dollars for a bottle. Everything else was perfect!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. The property is very pretty and located on a nice stretch of beach. The employees seemed to never stop working to maintain the grounds and our room was cleaned very well each day. Even though people saved chairs in the morning, there were enough available and we never had an issue finding a spot by the pool or beach. We really enjoyed the separate adults only pool that had a swim-up bar. Some things that could have been better were the drinks, towel rule, music, and food. The margarita was absolutely terrible due to the lemon mixer and the drink options overall were limited; You’re only allowed one beach towel per person/day which barely fits the chairs; The adult pool rarely had music playing and when it did it was the same 10ish songs on repeat. Due to this people brought their own speakers; Like many all-inclusives the food was just ok. It seems it would be better to reduce the number of options at the buffet and put the effort into doing higher quality dinners.

Staff was always working hard, always doing something. Everything is well kept and clean. We have been to other resorts where staff walk right next to us and don't even say hello, not the case here. They are very friendly. Food options are good, better than other all-inclusives. Drinks are ok too. We only have a few minor negatives. One was our check-in experience. I noticed that desk staff was going above and beyond for others next to us, never asked if it was our first time there, special occasion, etc. We traveled as a larger group for a family trip with multiple families. We felt like because we don't look like the typical tourists from the USA or Europe- that we were almost disregarded. They were not rude, we just were not treated they way others were experiencing. The other minor negative is that we traveled in a larger group for a family trip and there were few kid areas. We had a mix of babies to young teens and although the staff is always creative with activities, there is only a small baby pool and a small Riuland kids area. At times, the older kiddos were bored. All in all, it was pleasant and we may consider coming back.

Our stay at this resort was outstanding. First of all it is a very beautiful place to stay, their service is excellent and I mean it, including room services, restaurants, buffets, beach and pool areas. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Food wise it was ok, lots of choices to eat. They have six restaurants and two buffets with good variety of food which is very convenient. Their beach is big and nice, and the ocean was just amazing. Will definitely come back.
