This place needs a major upgrade and the food is terrible not many options we resorted to watching chicken nuggets and French fries the food was under cooked and not many options the rooms need an upgrade from the leaks and the rooms not being cleared thoroughly not sure if this place is under new management or they have a lot of cut backs but it was not desirable

The pool behind the rooms was excellent, not too many people. Transportation was a bit of a hassle but doable. My biggest complaint was the limited availability for dining reservations, I managed to get 2, but my second one somehow was deleted . We were stuff eating buffet style & that got to be a bit daunting & upsetting. Another issue that I had was my reservation was suppose to be for 5 persons and I had to pay an extra fee when I had already paid the extra person incurred charge, checking in was tiresome! I believe this resort is above its pricing, they need to upgrade their services or lower their fees.

We took this trip with two children under 4 hoping to enjoy a nice relaxing week outside of our normal routine. Instead we were met with rude staff and disappointments. As soon as we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed that the tub was stained and the toilet was not cleaned. We also noticed the faucets on both the sink and tub were falling apart. On day three, due to the weather, we woke up to water pouring into our room through the light fixture in the bathroom and leaking over the toilet. When we addressed the issue, we were met with rude staff who seemingly laughed at our situation. They agreed to move us to another room but told us w would need to be out of our current room by a certain time leaving us without a room for 6 hours with all of our luggage. When we addressed our concerns about being without a room with our luggage, the front desk simply laughed and suggested we enjoy the activities at the resort, knowing the weather. We were extremely displeased with the Staff here and so disappointed that our family trip was met with such inconveniences. I am more than happy to provide photo/ video proof.

Property needs updating. The responsiveness of service requests was poor. There were several occasions where we requested bedding for the sofa bed and extra towels all of which were completely ignored. We had extreme difficulty booking a restaurant during our stay as many of the restaurants had no availability. This is definitely not a 5 star establishment. Realistically a 3 star at best. The resort is sizeable and the beach area is nice, but the level of service, quality of rooms and amenities is not what I expected for the considerably high nightly rate and what I thought would be a 5 star resort.

There were rains and our bathroom had a leak in it and we almost slipped and fell twice not knowing. Also the dining areas had water leaks and puddles. Water was leaking into the buffet food and onto people plates. Also I was walking through one of the huts and they were fixing the roof and forgot to block it off and straw of all sorts came down on me and went down my shirt. Worst experience ever! Literal vacation from HELL.

Had a great time. PROS - Friendly staff and great options for entertainment. Awesome pools and bars. Food options were great, but quality was average. CONS - It rained and stormed the entire time. Rooms leaked from the ceiling and doors. There were large leaks in the restaurants and customer service area as well.

Dirty, rude ,unsafe , water damage at the buffet slipped and all they said was sorry no compensation whatsoever over charged us and didn’t get our money back !! Old and dated room hazard showers water everywhere! Will never stay there again and will never recommend it!!!!!!
