"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. However---be aware!!--the check-in process (at least for me) required me to leave my passport with the front desk staff for the duration of my stay. This made me very uncomfortable. Typical procedure (I have traveled internationally for years to Europe, South America) is for front desk staff use one's passport to verify...

We had great meals in their restaurant and the pool area looked very inviting but the rainy day prevented us from using it.
