"This was our first stay at a Sonder property, it was an older Best Western hotel. We liked the Sonder experience using the app as a key and for checking in and out. The room (1 bedroom apartment style) wasn’t ‘amazing’ but was fine and dandy for our needs. Could have used a bit of a cleaning of the windows and grates on the AC unit to be ‘spotless’ but in all the most-important ways it was clean and tidy (e.g. bathroom, bedroom, kitchen all good). The location is a bit south of the major tourist...

"This is the second time I've stayed at a Sonder hotel and I will be staying at this one again next year. I LOVED the balcony option. The room was clean, the staff was friendly that was on site. I found the Rideau Mall in walking distance. We had Uber Eats deliver to us multiple times and never any issues with them dropping food off and it was always super quick! 10/10 for the stay. We stayed Thursday-Monday and the lockers in the hotel for luggage storage was a FANTASTIC option."
