"It was absolutely wonderful- very clean and welcoming and the bed was really comfortable. Also the scent of the toiletries was beautiful. The only issue was that when I phoned about where to park, I was put through to a central office and not the hotel - so although I was told the right car park, I paid upfront online, as I was not told about the hotel code that essentially made it half price. Not the hotel’s fault just the central call office 😊"

"Booked a 1 night stay in a standard room, there was an initial problem with heater making a loud noise, we reported it to reception desk who immediately resolved the issue and upgraded us to monument view room which was very unexpected, the room was exceptional, the staff are exceptional and we will most definitely be booking again in the very near future.
