"We stayed over the Christmas Holidays and the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and polite with no exceptions. Hotel very clean and great rooms and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you’re looking for a great culinary experience within the hotel try their “Soul Garden” restaurant. "My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage."
