"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"Room and location were great. The hotel is new and modern. My room was quiet as it was off the street. I never heard noise from my neighbors. The only issues were the pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Also, the heat wanted to keep the room at 23 Celsius and would not get lower than that. I ended up turning it off and the room did not get cold, even though it was in the low very cold in January"

"We had 5 nights here for our stay in Prague and will certainly look to come back here if we return again. A great location to discover the city from. Public transport a 30 second walk away, however we tended to walk everywhere and enjoy the sights as we did. Old Town a 10 minute walk away, and Charles Bridge 15 minute walk away. Our standard double room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff are simply amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
