Nice renovation but inconvenient.
Nicely renovated property, but no amenities and lots of inconveniences. No daily room cleaning, only every other day. Contactless check-in with no room key, just a pass code for both the main entrance and the hotel room. Most of the time we passed by the front desk, no one was around. And the main hotel entrance was often crowded with linen carts. The side of the hotel is near a busy, noisy street. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I would probably choose another location next time.

Amazing apartment, very modern and felt brand new! Very well equipped and clean. Comfy bed. Very well positioned about 15-20 minutes walk from Wenceslas square. The IP Pavlova metro stop and tram stop is literally a 2 minute walk away, aswell as places to eat and a Tesco express. Would definitely recommend.

We had requested for a quiet room & got one facing main road..next day got the room we wanted. Basic hygiene, cleanliness was missing. I got flea bites all over my body and am getting treated now. Improve on your house keeping services & this place is lovable otherwise will never ever book this. I am so upset to this end disaster to my trip.

A perfect stay in the heart of Prague
We had a fantastic experience staying here, and it was by far the best accommodation during our trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Bratislava. Pros: The building, while old, has been fully renovated with engineering precision, and the high-quality materials used in the rooms and halls are truly noticeable. The unit was super spacious, with an impressive 12-foot ceiling and excellent natural lighting coming through the large windows. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need: an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, welcome water and coffee, a desk, wardrobe, safe box, and even shampoo and lotions. The reception staff were incredibly hospitable, offering helpful recommendations for exploring Prague and ensuring we felt welcomed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the main terminal and downtown. We barely spent anything on transportation because everything was so accessible. Smooth self-check-in and check-out added to the convenience of our stay. Cons: The bed was two single beds attached, which wasn’t ideal. A king or queen-sized bed would have been much more comfortable. The reception is not available 24/7, as they close at 5 PM. We noticed an older couple arriving late and struggling with the online check-in process, which could be challenging for some. Overall, this was a top-notch stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. We will book here again next year :)

Ich schreibe selten Rezensionen, aber diesmal finde ich, dass die Unterkunft es verdient, gelobt zu werden. Die Zimmer sind genau wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist wahnsinnig sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einchecken ging mit dem zugesendeten Link einwandfrei. Man hat auf dem Zimmer alles was man braucht und wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Wegen der Lage an einer Hauptstraße war es ab und zu am Abend bzw. Nachts laut, aber nichts, was uns gestört hat. Für den Fall der Fälle hatte man aber auch auf dem Zimmer Ohrstöpsel. Wir waren über Weihnachten hier und haben sogar eine Tüte Plätzchen bekommen, die auch sehr lecker waren. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es auch und Kaffee und Tee hatten wir auch auf dem Zimmer. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder Nobilis als Unterkunft für die nächste Reise nach Prag wählen.

I initially found it puzzling that the hotel didn't have a 24-hour front desk service; perhaps that's just my preference. However, it turned out to be a non-issue. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the contemporary decor and immaculate cleanliness that greeted me. The bathroom was equally modern, enhancing the overall aesthetic. One of the highlights of my stay was the fully equipped kitchen, which I hadn't noticed when I made my reservation. It turned out to be a wonderful addition, especially for satisfying those late-night cravings!
