My Prague Stay
Two things stopped me from giving it full marks and those were: no a\c and no comfy chairs. When I arrived at the hotel and met with one of the receptionists, Vavara, she was very very helpful. Nothing was too much for her, in fact, I relied on the reception staff quite a lot at first on where to get trams, metros etc. The first night I had to go to the local Potraviny to pick up some milk etc. I got lost and went back to reception where she showed me how to get out of the back of the hotel (which was a legitimate entrance/exit), and where the shop was. To me, this was awesome as I have mobility issues so to get into the hotel via the back way made my life so much more better. One day I was in a lot of pain and stayed at the hotel for most of the day, there were 2 dining chairs and a small table for eating. This was great for breakfast, but couldn't sit on the chairs for more than 30/45 minutes as they were not very comfortable. I ended up having to lie/sit on the bed, which wasn't too comfortable after a while. Hence me saying no comfy chairs. The Hotel is a short walk to/from the tram stop. For people minus walking problems, it would only take 3 mins to get there. I could get straight into Prague via the tram. The metro was 2 stops down the line on the tram. All in all a fantastic break and a great place to stay for the price.

Dåligt med parkeringar! Blev lovade flera dagar i rad att plats skulle hållas åt oss då vi betalt för det samt behövde parkera utomhus pga bilens höjd, vilket aldrig gjordes utan vi fick jaga parkering varje dag. I övrigt rent och fräscht!

Le logement est propre et proche des transports en commun. Il est un peu excentré du centre ville historique mais on y est vite en bus. Petit bémol, la partie cuisine est très peu équipée.

Sehr schlecht und gar nicht zu empfehlen
Sehr schlechtes und unfreundliches Personal. für alles muss man zahlen sogar für frische Handtücher. Wahrscheinlich auch für die Freundlichkeit. Hatten für 3 Personen im Vorfeld bezahlt aber weil 1 Person doch nicht mit konnte haben sie uns ein 2 Personen Zimmer gegeben mit der Begründung ja die dritte Person ist nicht da und egal ob größer oder kleiner alle Zimmer kosten gleich. Wirklich null zu empfehlen

Great stay!
The hotel is in an old post office. I remember the office from before when i used to live close by. It looks virtually the same from the outside, and a little boring. But the changes inside are amazing. Great and clean rooms with a little kitchen. Friendly staff, close to both trams and busses. And great prices. I can highly recommend the place.
