"I have stayed at this hotel many times before but not in the last 18 months. Some things have changed. The major change is the amount of construction around the hotel has quadrupled. Construction noise is bearable and takes place between 09.00 to 17.00. The rooms are starting to look a little older. I had room 405 on the street side and had to endure traffic noise most day and night. Cold water only upgraded to lukewarm (best they could do) after complaint. My biggest complaint was the poor wifi...

"ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราจองแบบ VIP จากแอพ ไม่ได้อัพเกรดห้องอะไรค่ะ มีเรื่องติแค่เรื่องเดียว คือสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก รอบๆพื้นลื่นมากๆ มีเด็กเล็กลื่นหัวกระแทกพื้นตอนเราพาลูกเราไปเล่น ตอนจะเลิกเล่น น้องเราก็ลื่นขาฉีก เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่ของเด็กเล็ก ทางโรงแรมควรให้ความสำคัญ เอาอะไรที่มันหนืดๆเกาะเท้าได้ดีมาปูรอบๆสระส่วนของเด็กก็ดีค่ะ (ไปศึกษาตามโรงเรียนสอนเด็กเล็กว่ายน้ำได้ค่ะ ว่าเขาให้วัสดุแบบไหนปูรอบสระ) ถ้าไม่ปรับปรุงข้อนี้ วันนึงอาจจะมีเด็กเจ็บตัวถึงขั้นเลือดตกยางออกหรือถึงชีวิตได้นะคะ...
