"The place was adequate for our needs and we were comfortable for sleeping and showering. We had an issue with some noise but was promptly taken care of by the owner and his staff. The owner is a gentleman and he treated us very well. He owns the restaurant downstairs as well and we had a nice meal there as well. Transportation in Bari is terrible though. Although there was a train station right next to us, but we could never figure out how to get in and what ticket to buy to get to the next...

"A wonderful small boutique hotel right in the middle of the old town. The transfer from our car with parking organised by the hotel was seamless and efficient. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with food freshly baked by Maria. Each day had different food. A definite highlight of our stay. Beautiful views from the roof top terrace. "

"Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again. "

"Stefan is was very nice. She got us all set up and fixed our breakfast. She also taught my pasta making class. She does it all. one of the down sides was the air conditioner is set where they want. It was a little too warm for is. The other is, no lift. We were on the second floor and we had big luggage for a months trip. It was not fun. But we did it. "

"Pros - comfortable beds, the use of the tennis court is complimentary, tasty coffee, reasonable wifi connection, friendly owner. Contras - noisy location between highway and railroad, nowhere to walk nearby, far away from local attractions and stores, small and dark rooms, noisy drunk neighbours, very limited english speaking owner"

"Micaela, the host was truly the nicest person ever. She made us feel so welcomed, answered all the questions and provided the most delicious breakfast! We had the two bedroom villa with a private pool. Very quiet location, and enough space for everything. It’s about a 30min drive to the sea, and close to many other towns."
