I thought the room was very nice. It was roomy with lots of light and it had darkening shades if you wanted to sleep. The bed needs to be replaced, pretty bad. The bathroom had big lighted mirrors with a good size shower giving plenty of hot water.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC unit didn’t work as well as we would have liked, but we grabbed a fan and made it work. I think it probably just needs to be cleaned. It’s a little loud at times with an adjoining room (screaming baby did not help) and the hallway, but our door looked like someone had tried to bust in at some point and it didn’t seal properly so other rooms may be quieter. The staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, the room was very spacious, and the location was very convenient. I would stay again.

The people were very kind and overall it was nice. The tub had been repainted and looked pretty rough. I felt like the bathroom needed to be swept. It was kind of noisy. I loved the breakfast and was grateful for all the work everyone did to help us have a nice stay. It seemed kind of dark and maybe like it needed some updates, but pretty good.

What I didn’t like was the difficulty getting into the room with the key card. I had to go to the front desk twice to have the keycard reloaded. On the second issue the receptionist blamed my phone for the continued issues. When in fact my phone was on my person and not in my bag. I never got the receipt as promised when I checked out and had to call. I recognized the voice on the phone as the same receptionist. I got blamed for not receiving the final bill on my email address. I gave them the same email address that they have on file And surprise I received the final bill. I hate when people blame anyone else but their poor system. I will try another place next time. Shame on the staff here.

When we checked in they didn't have the room that we requested and the alternative rooms had not been cleaned. They gave us a room that didn't have enough sleeping space for our requested group size

The outside property is well maintained as well as the front lobby and the hallways. Our mattress was very dirty, full of stains also the duvet when pulled back had what appeared to be blood stains. The smoke detector was hanging down from the wall. The shower had a crack in the wall. Overall it was not a comfortable night.

Property is on a very busy road that does not allow any left turns or uturns onto the property. Kept having to drive way past almost a mile before eventually being able to turn around.

I have called twice to speak about our stay and keep getting told I will get a return call, but no one has called yet. Although the property presented well, our room did not. The bathroom was dirty, someone else hair in our shower, the toilet was unable to be flushed, and when we called they said “keep trying it will work eventually” — the beds were extremely uncomfortable, it felt like I was sleeping on a 30 year old broken mattress and they weren’t level, so it was either sleep with our head at the foot of the bed or wake up with a pounding heading from blood rushing to our head all night.. there was someone else’s food in our fridge upon arrival, and a white powdery substance all over the desk area. Frustrating since we chose to pay more to stay at the La Quinta - won’t make that mistake again.

The property was great and the breakfast was good as well. Unfortunately I had to ask to get my room cleaned several times. I stayed for 4 days and only got my room cleaned one time even after asking several times to have it cleaned. Then the maids acted annoyed when I asked to have it cleaned. Also our tv didn’t work and only when the hotel manager finally came the last day they got it to work.

They wouldn’t change our sheet and clean our room. First night they didn’t do it because you have to put a thing on the door. Second day they gave us towels but didn’t clean anything or put new sheets on bed. I called front desk and they said they would for day 3. Day three again new towels but no clean sheets. They did clean the room a bit tho. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was great. Hot tub was great. Non room part of hotel felt nice. Room was slightly run down. Except for not getting fresh sheets I liked it.

The staff was super nice and always helpful. We stayed 4 nights and realized the first night that the room we booked wasn’t large enough so they allowed us to pay the difference and switch to the suite without any issues. Breakfast was always good with lots of options. The pool area is nice but the pool was so cold !! Hot tub was nice ! AC worked nice in the room and the fridge and microwave were nice to Have ! Lots of business in the area, the mall is just right down the street ! We will definitely stay here again !
