"The room and furniture is in a state where it's ready for replacement. The hotel offerd a free drink for gold members of hotel.com this was a vodka orange juice or appel juice. At arrival I was shown where the breakfast was. As I was sure I had paid for this it was a good information. But the hotel have now after 4 days contacted me and want payment for it. The only bad thing was the shower tray was unstable in the middle, it was either broken or not been fitted correctly but it didn't effect our stay. "I arrived driving rented car late from Lawica airport. Gate security was awake and instructed me where to go. I parked, walked in hotel, checked in and went to sleep. Night front desk attendant was polite and very helpful. Morning front desk attendant was very nice, and helpful. I told her I was very thirsty and she ordered right away two bottles of water for me before I checked out. This was my first time ever in Poland. Thank you very much. Greetings from the U.S.A."

The room was spotless and decent size. eat at the hotel but the coffees in the hotel were expensive compared to local cafes.
