"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. "Amazing place in a very convenient location. Not far from Pucon, the logde is right by the riverside. Hot springs and national parks are 20 minutes drive from the place. We had a very spacious room in the second floor, with a view to the volcano from our private balcony. Sarina was an incredible host. We will come back for sure."

"Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times."

"This property and the staff are extremely kind!! They went above and beyond to help us out and make the experience positive. When I asked for a place to do the laundry, they said they could take my clothes and wash them for me!! The kitchen is also well equipped so you can make your own food and the staff is flexible to provide extra blankets or delay check out slightly. Good rooms with a good amount of space."

"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful.
