The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "Let me tell you why we are disappointed. When we booked online the only question was do you need smoking or non smoking. there was no question/option about AC / non AC. First night we could not sleep even for a minute as the room was without AC . we talked to manager wo said there was no AC room available. second day with lots of request they gave us AC room but charged additional US $ 43 for a night. very angry."
