"First time in Cancun and first time at this property. I understand why many folks seem to come back for more. Our stay was magical! The food and drinks were delicious. All of the staff was super nice and accommodating. I would say this should be your choice if you're looking to enjoy a nice and quiet vacation. It's a little far from the "town" so cab prices are high if you plan on doing some exploration outside of the resort. We only left once during our stay to visit Isla Mujeres, and although it was beautiful, it was very busy. Truly made me appreciate the location and resort so much more for its peace and calmness."

"Every thing was excellent except the beach, beach front was horrible, I never saw a beach that bad before in Cancun and I have been there few times before, stuff is great I would like to said that Oscar our concierge excellent."

"The other half of the hotel was under construction, you could see the constructors working any time, even hanging near your balcony. The buffet did not open all days for dinner "
