Need umbrellas for every 3 lounge chairs. - Should be able to book cabanas and lounge chairs daily at a reservation desk. Did not come to a vacation resort to have to get up at 4:00 am to go and block pool seating for the day with my towels. - Your website should not advertise amenities that are not available...

"All around it was a good experience I like the resort the staff was friendly and kind. Shout out to Carlos in the breakfast section my server the food was always good despite the reviews. Nicholas clean my room every day but most time he didn’t leave enough towels but the room looks clean . Note for housekeeping the showers need to be scrubbed especially in the grout and the weave my was dirty room 9203. Not a bad experience will stay again. "
