The hotel is old, in the old sector of Puerto Vallarta. Many restaurants around it, including Si Señor and La Palapa, a few block from Langosta Loca. Nice beach, but busy. About 100 yards from the boardwalk

I was there for ) nights, the very first night there was a big leak from the A/C, supposedly they fixed, went out for the day, came back a huge puddle again, got all my luggage wet. We asked to switched, finally they did, I inquired if that A/C was going to leak too, they assured that one was not going to leak. In the morning, again the huge puddle, called and they said that they couldn’t do anything for me coz, I was moved once. So I had to keep putting big piles of towels on the floor to keep the water from going everywhere. We got maid service twice.

Beautiful view of the beach, especially at night when the Malecon is illuminated. Everything you need is within walking distance and the staff is always ready to help make your stay the best possible.
