Great place to relax and unwind. Nice beach, staff is very helpful, many options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I stayed here twice and would recommend to others.

Service at restaurant was really bad, there we eat first and after eating. We asked three times for water. And they took forever. At the sport bar, we went to sit to our table and they never came to take the order so we end up leaving after 40 min. Was our first time, we were kind of testing the area, to be a first time it was ok, but I am pretty sure that could have been better if the service was not this bad. I would love go back to Punta Cana just not this resort.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff is so nice and dedicated. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and memorable. The buffet was rich in diversity. well property is very nice but the lobby is just to hot it needs a BIG selling fan and you need to do something with mosquito problem you have in the lobby maybe get some bug zappers . and you the train to run all night 24-7 so people don't have to walk up date the menu in the sports bar

I was disappointed the dining hall did not have fresh squeezed juices. All the juices were from concentrate juices. The pillows in my room smelled musky and when I requested a change they were not any better. However, the overall property is very nicely maintained and lots of animals on the property which makes a great place for young children.

Some of the staff I found very rude while others I found very very nice. The food is repetitive but fresh daily. Transpiration was very accessible and convenient. The property was superbly clean.

I loved everything about this resort especially since we were traveling with our 3 children. There was the teen club where our boys often played and the kids club where we left a 3 year old to have some alone time. The only down side is the sports bar. We paid $10 USD per person for bowling for 1 game which malfunctioned a bit and had to get a game card for the games upstairs which were also timed so if you didnt play fast enough the time.ran out. So those games werent worth it and a rip off in my opinon. You can play pool, foosball, and table tennis for free at the teens club for free. Everything else was great

This was our 5th stay at this resort and definitely will return hopefully soon. Great place great people super service at the coffee shop ice cream shop buffet or restaurants.
