"We were there the week of January 19 which seemed to be the coldest week but nothing to do with the hotel. Everything at the hotel was great. Because they had only operating elevator and the pool heater was not working we were provided with a free upgrade which was fully appreciated. The property recently bounced back after hurricane damage and they are still in recovery but fully operational. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very nice. "We were happy with the hotel and staff. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Our only complaint was the lack of parking spaces for hotel guests. We had to walk across the field and park on Taylor Street on 3 of the 4 nights we were there. We were concerned about the safety and security of parking our vehicle that far from the hotel. Thankfully, we are healthy senior citizens and are able to handle the walk. Other than the parking situation we would highly recommend this hotel."
