We were happy to meet Mike (Bellhop) from Maine. He was a credit to the hotel. The staff at the Waterside Grill were attentive and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed, Allegiant Stadium!

SPENT THE AFTERNOON AT THE ROOFTOP POOL, very fun! not crowded...drinks available...very pleasant! also had a very nice dinner at the Mexican restaraunt..we had an single outside table for 4 of us... great views and service...until it began to rain and our server moved us to an inside table in a quiet room...perfect!

The staff (bellhops) were AMAZING. Super funny & took very good care of us. Shout out to Maureen in the spa & Jess at waterside table. They are wonderful & definitely go above & beyond. The ONLY thing that would need improvement is the diversity… it was very disappointing to have some patrons & even security look at & even speak to three 3 young ladies in the manner they did. I can’t be the first to bring this up & I won’t be the last.

The resort was beautiful nightstaff Cameron was not very good the morning better then night shift seemed like they don’t communicate with each other I don’t know if we will be back was overcharged 3 times!!!

The resort was lovely but the staff isn’t together the daytime people don’t communicate with the nighttime people. And we had Cameron he wasn’t nice at all very rude and short!!

The Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is very clean, spacious, safe; expertly and beautifully designed. The fitness facility is well equipped with cardio equipment overlooking the harbor. I loved that the parking garage posted the amount of open spaces and that we had to use our room key to go up the elevator for security. There are also a lot of dining options and the spa looked very relaxing. The design, amenities, and service is reminiscent of a modern and accommodating cruise ship.

Sunseeker was a beautiful property, and only matched by the friendless of the staff. Everyone at Sunseeker was attentive and kind. The really only drawback we found, as a couple visiting my wife’s parents for the week, was that there were not any events geared towards the younger crowd. The pool was excellent but very low key - music was good but not much to do but wade for a few hours then leave. This resort really has amazing potential and it will be interesting to see if they ever look to appeal to a broader audience. Thank you!

All staff were very pleasant, from check-in desk to the cleaning crew. Rooms were clean, area was clean, restaurants were good, pool area was nice. Overall stay can get a bit pricey but it’s what to expect from anywhere these days.

No beach. Not much else to do in the vicinity. It was lacking as far as Resorts go. No other amenities except the swimming pool and one pool was an additional fee. There was no need to pay an additional resort fee.

No room service 2 days with no make up room Had to ask for towels 2 times A/C not working right The only breakfast restaurant was way to far to walk to Yeah I could go on forever… Not to mention I was lounging by th ground pool waiting for some service and was not attended and your waitress was bullshitting with another couple While chilling as if she was enjoying the stay instead of doing her job and literally walking away 20 min later without asking me if I needed any bar service Oh and the rules up on the roof top about having to buy a chair to lounge around and use the pool totally rubbed me the wrong way especially when I’m pay $225 per night to stay there. No not cool!… Not impressed Will not come back…
