"The staff at this hotel are very friendly and give wonderful recommendations. They even suggested a faster and cheaper route to the airport than what was suggested on Google Maps! Only downside is the lack of an elevator, but the staff did help us take our bags up so this wasn't much of an issue."

Lift was a little temperamental, so 3 floors a few times a day was a bit of a shin splint, but that was literally my only gripe. "Loved the location! Very close to main attractions, walking distance to most in 10 min. The view from room was very nice. The downside was that there was no elevator to the 3rd floor, carrying heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs was not easy. The other downside was the noise at night, people out and about drinking to 2am are not very quiet and we could hear everything even with the windows closed.
