"It was our first family trip to Shanghai and mainland China. From the moment we arrived at Conrad, the staff warmly welcomed us. The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance.
