"Friendly staff, especially all receptionists ladies, lady Hue, Lady Phuong and another head hostess were extremely helpful and accommodated to our request. A very nice hotel to stay."

"New hotel, well kept and smells delightful everywhere! Rooms big and comfy beds. Great shower. Breakfast was extensive and lots on offer. Easy location to be picked up for HALONG bay activities. Only Downside was the gym, poor air con and no water or spray to clean equipment, needs improvement. However overall I’d recommend staying here "
