It was perfect to relax and get over jet lag with the lovely walks and beautiful site with many places to relax and experience nature whether the sun was out or raining (with lots of lovely sheltered views. "Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...

"This is a wonderful location for peace and also ease of accessibility to Quito. Scenery is breathtaking. Food and service at restaurant are excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and have wonderful views both of the city and the volcano crater. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. I cannot wait to visit again. Visiting the Quito area I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. "
