"Friendly staff and room was decent, gym was ok for a hotel gym. Nothing much around hotel so have to work 20 mins plus. Tiny things let them down slightly., 2 long hairs in the shower, crack in the join between wardrobes and ceiling. They were having work done in hotel on restaurant but felt like it didnt impact on me at all. Pleasant stay. Will definitely go back"

The only downside was there was no phone signal in the area, but that also meant i had no distractions for the evening! So not so bad. It also had great parking right outside the room. "The Litton seemed to befuddle our GPS system but we eventually found it, and were very happy we did. It is nestled on a hill I think in so far as you have to walk down quite a few stairs to enter the bar and registration area, which consists of a laptop sitting on the end of the bar. Very friendly and very pleasant was the gentleman who happily assured us that our three rooms had been successfully registered and he escorted us through the web of stairs and alleys to each of our rooms…and they...

"We loved our stay at "The Old Priory". There were three of us traveling and it was a delight to find that we had two separate rooms for the beds. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts very pleasant. It was a rainy day and it was nice to be able to warm up by the downstairs fire. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. The fluffiest eggs I have ever had!"
