"Très bon accueil. La partie réception de l’hôtel est très belle et fidèle aux photos. Par contre, la chambre standard dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’est pour moi pas à la hauteur du standing minimal d’un tel hôtel. Le sèche serviette de la salle d’eau était cassé et chauffait en continue et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La douche aurait également besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps.
