"Wonderful Stay Best ever Location in Rapallo !! "

"We spent eight beautiful days in Rapalo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times room was beautifully decorated and met our expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and couldn’t say enough about the staff. Dinner was just OK at the restaurant. A bit overpriced for what we were served overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Our room had the best sea view & the sound of the waves was so relaxing. As we were staying late in the season the repair & building work had started but this caused no disturbance or noise. The staff were amazing, the room was great with a powerful & spacious shower. Can't wait to stay again. "

"Really good value for money. I stayed in the single room as a solo traveller. Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but comfortable. Water was hot and there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very warm and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option. "

"Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! If you need a ride anywhere or help getting a dinner reservation they are more than happy to help. This hotel is a hidden gem. "Loved the location"

"I don’t speak Italian but that didn’t explain why the host was sat in the dark and obviously hadn’t check bookings because she was clearly shocked when I had booked a room. To save money all lights were out and it made navigating the stairs with a heavy bag quite precarious. No breakfast or coffee."

"Lovely clean and neat hotel. Service from front reception was great…. Missed a day of housekeeping for some unknown reason… but aside from that great. Great Location… very economical and good value for the price."
