This is a very convenient property only a block from the train and walkable to the rest of Reading. Staff is awesome and room was clean.

This hotel is one step above a hostel. It was clean, but stark and minimalist. The elevators are inadequate and often resulted in frustratingly long waiting. The breakfast was good. It is well located to see downtown sights. It was hard to find. We went past the narrow shopfront entrance twice before we figured it out. Generally the staff seemed distant and disinterested.

Location, staff all good. Didn’t like hard floor. Mattress was the most uncomfortable I have slept on. First night I hardly slept. Was better 2nd night only because I folded duvet over and slept on it. Kettle nowhere near a plug!!

Location is good,,hotel is clean. However, the room key system is poor. Every time we use the key to go into the room, it is not working. The staff says cant keep it with phone, powerbank or wallet. This is quite disappointed and wasting our time to request to reset the key.
