"Batis hotel is conveniently located on front line to the Rethymno beach. Hotel is located about 20 min walk from the old town of Rethymno. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean, however housekeeping doesn't work on Sundays. Air-condition is in every room. Dina - receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she replied all our questions. "We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel. "
