"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller...

"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. "A relaxing stay, room was clean and comfortable. It can be noisy but overall pretty quiet (we went there off-season). Restaurants are good if you don't want to bother going out of the resort. Spa is decent although quite small. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is handy with easy reach to Rhodes town but also to the south of the island. "

"We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back"

"The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. During our stay, it was windy for a few days due to winds coming from the north. However there was no wind on the other side of the island which was 20 mins drive so went there. (faliraki beach). "
