"Nice location away from the hustle and bustle yet within walking distance from Kensington and Hyde Parks and several restaurants - I have to mention The Swan - I liked it so much I was there three days in a row! "Overall I found the hotel to be very good and wonderfully well located half a block from Victoria Coach Station and two short blocks from Victoria Rail and Victoria Tube Stations. It was close to some theatres and restaurants. The property was freshly renovated and well maintained. It consists of four or five historic townhouses and an issue I had was that my building had no elevator and only steep, winding steps. "The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
