This property although out of town is not in a tourist spot . Very quiet area. Tram lines run regularly to the main town. Exceptionally clean and staff very accommodating , answering any ? We had . Local shop nearby where you can purchase milk coffee etc

Beautiful Apartment Very Close to Townhall Square
The location of this apartment was perfect for us. Right in the heart of old town yet in a quiet part. The apartment was very new with beautiful decor.it was also spacious. The only downside was parking. We couldn't use the garage underneath the building so parked on the street overnight and needed to move to a public carpark during the day. The manager did find us a yard we could park in the next day and hopefully this will be available for future guests. There is a supermarket and restaurants in old Town square, 5 minutes walk away. The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was fantastic.

Well equipped place with secure parking and kitchen. Since no aircon, it was a bit hot at night in summer. Otherwise everything else very good. In 7-10 min walking distance to “beer district”.

Aparthotel Autosole Rīga
Really really lovely apartment! Super big bed and very clean! Only negative was we wish we had extra towels as we only got one towel each. It’s a long walk (30 minutes if your a fast walker) to Rīga old town. But there is a bus that goes there. Would definitely recommend this place.

Last time, we stayed in Old Riga and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep. So, I loved how it was so quiet at this one. The rooms were comfortable, although the living area didn't have enough chairs for four of us, with just one small couch and a floor chair. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. A microwave would have been nice. The information said there was laundry, so I expected a washer in the apartment, but there was not. They offered to do the laundry for 10 euro, which was ridiculous, so I washed clothes in the sink. Fresh towels would have been nice daily. We had to ask for them, and the reception wasn't open Friday-Sunday, so had to reuse towels for 4 days. Otherwise, was within a mile or two of most things we wanted to do, so location was great. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that wants a quiet, pleasant stay.

Great place to stay
35-40 min walk to centre of Riga, if walking is not your thing there are trams and buses outside. Pleasant staff, easy check in, lovely spacious room, clean, good wifi. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice Cozy Hotel
We booked this hotel for a stag do weekend and it was much higher than our expectations. The room was spacious, the door locking system was pretty secure and the reception has always been responsive for any individual requests. Overall pretty good for the price.

Wasted potential
We stayed for five nights in room 4, which is a top floor studio. We are a family of four with children 6 years and 6 months old The Good: Size - it was like a good sized studio apartment Decor - to a reasonable standard Kitchen - fully equipped The Bad: Storage - not enough to fit clothes for two people for a week, let alone four. Given the amount of empty space, this could and should have been better Bathroom - tiny in comparison to the huge studio and no place to put bathroom things at all. Shower water did not drain properly. We complained but this was not sorted out during our stay. Cleaning - happens only once every four days! We arrived late on Sunday night. Our room was cleaned on Monday morning and then was not cleaned again until we left on Friday. They expect you to take the rubbish out yourself in the meanwhile and don't even leave any spare bin bags. The standard of the cleaning is low. There was sand beneath the guest bed which ended up all over the floor. The one time our bed was made the blanket left a 10 cm gap where your head would be and we had to redo. Beds - the main bed is huge but had a weird metal bar running the length of the headboard. Apart from hitting your head on it, the only other use I can think for it is chaining people to it. The guest bed, which our daughter slept on, was rock hard. Child friendliness - could not provide a baby cot. Overall 2 out of 5 stars, Given its size, it could have been truly excellent but was not.

The Apartment was very clean and comfortable the staff were very polite very quiet plenty of pots frying pan cutlery could kettle microwave full size cooker could have done with kitchen utensils tin opener wooden spoons there was not a lot to do there not much site seeing ok if you like to spend a lot of time on the beach weather was very hot

Very nice location. Close to Old Riga via tram.
Very friendly staff. Private parking. Free wifi. Designed for long term stay, with full kitchen. One thing to keep in mind though, front desk closes at 6pm. So if you plan to arrive late you'll have to call ahead and make arrangements.

Great lodging for extended visits
Hotel is in a quieter area of downtown Riga, but is still within walking distance of most places. The added benefit of a kitchenette makes stays much more affordable and convenient for business travelers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Private parking area is also a plus.

The Rezidence apartment I had was really a bedsit with separate bathroom. However, it was a very large room with fully equipped kitchenette. It was comfortable and quiet. It is a bit out of town but a short walk to a tram stop and a 10 - 15 minute ride into Riga city centre for about 50p! Also a 5 minute walk to a large hypermarket.

You get what you pay for
It is a really nice apartment/hotel. You get what you pay for. Really large bed, very friendly staff and located just off the main tram into the centre of Riga. Only bad thing I can say is it was very hot in the room, however the hot weather caught them unprepared, and they said that it is being sorted for the summer.

Worst Hotel Ever
I never saw the inside of the hotel because no one was there for the forty five minutes I banged on the door. I took a cab from the Airport, and was dropped in the middle of this neighborhood. Had to get over the fence by climbing, then knocked and knocked. I stayed elsewhere. You have other choices, nice ones at the same price, in Riga. I have two more points. There are four guest ratings and they are probably from someone who owns or manages the place. Two, the place is located in a not so nice neighborhood. The building behind it looks like a tenement. Don't even think about going here. (Note, I gave the hotel 3's in cleanliness and comfort, because the survey is formatted so that all categories must be completed. I did not see the inside but gave the place 3's in these unknown categories).
