"Location, front of the property is about few steps to cross the street and you're already stepping in the sand of Copacabana Beach. Property is in convenient location surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Take Uber to Lapa and it will cost you less than $5. Free breakfast is average, same line of food every day. Staff are great and helpful, but communication is hard since they don't speak English. "

"We got there early morning, champagne welcome. Sascha at the desk said he would get us to our room early and he did. The breakfast is fantastic, fruits, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, bacon, multiple breads including GF, fresh juices etc R$99 (about $17).A few of the staff speak english and go the extra yard to help you with any needs you might have whether it's making a reservation for an event at The Roxy or simply suggestions on how to get around. "Although we only stayed one night we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived there after an 8 hour transfer and it was just what we needed. The rooftop bar has the most incredible views and we ordered room service and it was delicious. As a coeliac I really appreciated the menu showing a selection of gluten free items. "
