"Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury. "

Also a massive fan of the late check in, called up beforehand to let the property know I would be late (approx 12am) and they accommodated for this and the security guard let us in.
