"Great place"

"It’s an older property, but located very conveniently across from where I needed to be. Loved the restaurant, and service there. Also appreciated the understanding to downgrade rooms to a single bed. Very comfortable bed and many pillows. Loved that!! Shower didn’t have much for pressure, but did get cleaned up. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars overall. "

"The staff was very sweet and very accommodating. I had several appts starting at 7:15 and it took longer than what we thought so i called them and talked to Dee Dee, who was fantastic by the way, and she let us check out later than we had planned. The room was perfect for me especially since I'm in a wheelchair at the moment. I'm getting ready to come back in a couple of days and cannot wait! Wonderful hotel and staff. I would recommend to anybody. "

"Saddened to hear that this Doubletree is closing their doors at the end of this month, September!! It is being converted into dorms. It was our favorite place to stay in Rochester!"
