"Staff were very friendly and helpful, particular the young man. Within walking distance too many restaurants and bars. Older rooms but very clean rooms. Stayed twice on our visit to Tassie and would stay again."

"I don’t mind staying here when I’m in Launceston. I had a room near the lift and was surprised we weren’t bothered by the lift but we did hear the person next to us constantly opening and closing a cupboard door until 11pm. Other than that it was a good stay and I thought the shower was good."

"Loved the uniqueness, quaint, historical and interesting. Close to lovely walks along the gorge. Unfortunately the room was not quiet enough as the noise of some compressor was on and off throughout the night in our room."
