"I stayed for four nights in a double bedroom. The front desk staff was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly! The room was very comfortable with a roomy bathroom and walk-in shower. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was extremely reasonable priced with a large selection of foods. The only thing that I was missing at this hotel was an outdoor seating area."

"Auto-check-in app malfunctioned and wouldn't read my passport or driver's license. It also wouldn't accept my Hotels.com confirmation. And the hotel's support phone number just answered and then hung up, no way to leave a message. I wrote an email about my inability to get in and after three days had received no answer. Etc., etc., etc,.. will never stay in any of their hotels again. The mattresses swayed so deeply that it felt luke a hammock. Incredibly bad experience."

"This hotel is tucked away and very unassuming. My family stayed here for a kids sports event in the area during the early spring season. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly & welcoming. I imagine this would be a great place to stay in the warmer season with all of the activities available: horseback riding, biking, hiking, etc. The kids swam in the pool during our stay and had a fun time. "

"The hotel was much larger than we expected for the small town of Herrieden, but it was a very nice stay. The breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the scrambled eggs! The room was comfortable, but could use air conditioning in the warmer months. We look forward to coming back!"

"Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig, ein schönes Bad mit Riesendusche und absolut ruhig. Das Restaurant mit dem Speisenangebot kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Kegelbahn im Keller des Hauses. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende, wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder "

"Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und schmackhaft. Die Zimmer sind individuell und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder."
