"Hotel became an easy base to ride or walk from, town and lake front a stroll away. Absolutely the best staff to assist, nothing too much trouble, chatty and friendly. "

"Our stay was wonderful. The property was walking distance from dining, shopping, and bars. The lake and hot pool options were really close, too. The room had a private hot tub which was delightful, especially in the evenings, but there were also AC units inside which was great. The room had everything we could need for our stay and the tv had a bunch of free movie options to fill spare time. The reception staff member was also very helpful and friendly, with lots of guidance about things like parking and entertainment options in the area. The only drawback for us was with parking - the on-street parking has a 1 hour limit on weekdays, but there's paid parking that can be booked in advance through the hotel, a paid carpark a block away. All-in-all it we had a lovely stay and will definitely visit again sometime."

"This is our go-to hotel as it is so convenient. Love their quiet hot pools for adults only. Very restful and quiet. So convenient to most places in Rotorua. Very comfortable beds too.👍"
