"Arte hotel was a clean, affordable, and friendly place that met all our needs. The service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. "The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful.
