"Friendly staff , Gave us advice for navigating the city. Had an issue with shower but it was fixed same day. Only con was the narrow steep stairs up to our room but we didn't ask for accessible room when booking so our error. Central location, easy walking distance to city centre. Plenty cafés, restaurants nearby as well as a Tesco Express."

"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. "Beautiful b&b. We loved our room which was full of character. Joel & Tracey went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable even though we were only staying one night. The breakfast was amazing. The only small negative is the nearby church bells which chime through the night. A great place to stay when visiting North Wales. "

"I was able to experience staying in a typical Victorian house. The owner made sure I had all I needed; he was prompt, cheerful, and polite. Groceries, fine dining, take-out, etc. are all nearby. I especially liked the charity shops where I was able to buy old books."

"The decor is very carefully thought out in a modern way, considering the age of the property. The parking is two blocks away in a public parking lot but a parking pass is provided by the hotel to use throughout one’s stay. However unloading luggage on a narrow two way street before going to the parking lot is precarious. "We stayed at Bron Y Graig for just one night during a sports weekend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable guest house with stunning views. We enjoyed chilling out in the bar room playing games and chatting. I adore William Morris print so the decor at Bron Y Graig brought me so much joy! Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast which was such a shame because the smells coming out from the kitchen were delicious!"

"The property was fantastic and ideally located to walk into Betws-y-coed. The rooms and beds were very comfy and had all the amenities you need. Shower had plenty of water pressure and was very easy to get the temperature. Sean was a fantastic host who explained everything in detail. The breakfast was incredible it’s all locally sourced and cooked fresh for you. You can really tell they are passionate about this property and their customers. Highly recommend and will return."

"Great location, close to the train station, walkable distance from shopping, parks and restaurants. Great buffet breakfast! We loved it so much we had an open night on our stay so came back for another night before moving on to Northern Ireland. Staff were accommodating, friendly and suggested a great pub down the road on the river for a late night dinner and gave us a couple complimentary drink vouchers for one of our nights! "
