It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. "Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. Highly recommend for the perfect tranquil stay "

"lovely period building / very Emily Brontë :-) Owners were very helpful and the rooms pleasant. Parking is a little convoluted as you have to go to the house collect the parking voucher and return to the car and do the same on departure but the car park is only a few minutes walk away. "

"Appalling. Comms poor. Rubbish across both outside spaces. Landlord absent.Front door key card wierd looked like Tesco club card no instructions. No opening bedroom window - black mould on ceiling and around bath. Wall behind loo broken and decor poor. Breakfast not apparent. Bedroom door hard to close due to door not clearing thick carpet. Cheeky note to remove shoes. Full refund demanded but no reply yet. Too much money for place - any money too much."

"We stayed at Bron Y Graig for just one night during a sports weekend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable guest house with stunning views. We enjoyed chilling out in the bar room playing games and chatting. I adore William Morris print so the decor at Bron Y Graig brought me so much joy! Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast which was such a shame because the smells coming out from the kitchen were delicious!"

"Nice welcome from owner. Stairs are steep and irregular. We stayed on second floor. My metal frame bed was noisy and soft mattress. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast extra but go to pub next door for more choices/value. Unsuitable for those with access problems. Car park adjacent in corner of pub car park. My corner shower had high step in and was snug..."

"Absolutely lovely place! Stayed here last minute due to change in plans. Hosts were so attentive! In my 30s, this isn’t a place I’d normally stay if I’m honest, but wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
