"We stayed at this hotel during the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Unfortunately and unknown to us, the rooms are on the side of the hotel facing the main square and every single night of the festival there was a DJ set that lasted until 3 am. The rooms on that side have no sound insulation so it was impossible to sleep in the bedroom until 3 am. Around 1 am on the first night my partner made a nest in the bathroom and slept there the next 5 nights. We ended up leaving two nights...

"Very good location and nice rooms. Breakfast is ok. We wanted to use the spa facilities, but were unable to find how to make a reservation. At the reception (where the receptionist barely spoke any english or german, even though she was very sweet) we were sent to the spa and at the spa we were sent to the reception. The pool was nice, so we used that, but the lights in the sauna were off and there was no one to be found to help us. Also, no airconditioning in the rooms or restaurant. If...

"Check in instructions are awful. Google map shows wrong location. Please write Hotel Bristol Palace to Google not Tereza. Otherwise you will be stuck with car. It is not stroller friendly place. It is very hard to walk from up to down. But everything else is fine. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks!"
