"I went on a family vacation. It was an amazing experience. If you looking to relax this is the place. If you’re looking to party you’ll have to leave the resort. The only issue I had was the cars walking around the dining area and the don’t give you wash clothes so bring your own. The staff was amazing, room was clean, and my pick up and drop off for excursion was smooth. When you pull in the result the outside area around the result looks ran down but once you cross the security gate it’s worth the stay"

"Nicer than I expected. Charming hotel with fine dining. The food was amazing. I utilized their room service and it was handled very well. Attractive pool with nice umbrellas and chairs. Pretty manicured lawns around entrance. I loved the Cardiff Hall private beach! The hotel shuttle driver was efficient and a nice guy. Everybody there tries very hard. It was a good find. Will stay again!"

"Our nanny Deborah was amazing, she kids loved her. The owner is such a kind, down to earth person. The staff were incredible, they made us feel welcome and were so sweet with our kids. The food was delicious. It's a perfect destination if you are travelling with young children and although the property is quite outdated (but very clean), we would love to come back. "

"Total scam!! Don’t do it. I booked this place 8/9/24. Property manager emailed me to cancel couple days before check in 8/29/24 stating the property was not ready due to storm from 7/3. No refund, not responding to me or the platform they use to take customers money. They had my phone number and decided to wait last minute to cancel via email. All while the platform they use was sending updates even as recent as the day before my check in reminding me that my check in was 8/29. Very unprofessional. Save your money and time. Don’t do it."
