"The staff was amazing. Being a small hotel, the staff knows all of their guests and can assist with many different needs, and was always responsive to emails and phone calls. The hotel was located in a good part of the city with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was that the street was a busy "walking" street and noisy at night."

"A Paris favourite but the upgrading works put a tiny toilet next to the bed sharing the intimacy of the lavatory with you when your partner used it. A dreadful error in design which could spoil an excellent hotel. The room - overlooking the Abbey - was otherwise splendid, but the toilet will put me off next time. Put them in the bathroom not next to your pillow!"
