"We had a wonderful time at Les Closeaux! The kids played tennis and the pool was clean and warm. The area surrounding the gites was beautiful- we took several long walks. The meal we had in the restaurant was absolutely delicious! All five of us loved our meals! We also used the barbecue one night to cook out. The gite had everything we needed to prepare a meal. We had a great experience here!!"

"Plenty of space in room for 4, beds were comfortable and quiet part of the town. Parking was relatively easy, with spots available outside, although the road was relatively busy so we minutes walk away in a large car park. Very handy for the zoo, and easy walk into the bars and restaurants of the lovely town. "

"Nous avons été au zoo de Beauval est avons séjourné pour une nuit dans le beau village de Saint Aignan avec une nuit dans cette charmante chambre au deuxième étage (pas trop gênant) et il faut prévoir de marcher un peu car les parkings sont un peu plus loin mais cela ne dérange pas car les rues sont très jolie 👍"

"Hosts/owners went above and beyond to make sure we had all the things we needed. Specifically arriving late on a Sunday evening and needing supper as they supplemented what food we did have. The location of this place is so good, particularly if you are visiting the various wineries. I loved this place so much that I am trying to figure when to go back and bring all my friends! "The two of us had a delightful stay at Le Petite Vigne. We were cycling town to town and there was a place to secure our bikes which we appreciated. The house is lovely, old and full of character. "We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."

"This place was amazing. Beginning with "Greg" (best we Texans could do pronouncing this nice young man's name) who greeted us and parked our van and got us dinner reservations in the on-site Restautant and escorted us to our lovely rooms. We felt like we were in an ancient chateau with all of the modern comforts. I guess we were! Walking distance to everything in the charming town of Amboise. Our group of five declared this our favorite place is a two-week French road trip. We would all go back and stay a month if we could. "
