The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. "The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. The door looks like it had been cut up and welded back. All the grills outside the windows...
